About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute roadmap to migrate data from current disparate systems/applications to a single new unified platform.

  • Work closely with CET, Quality team + business stakeholders to analyze and implement requirements into new data solution.

  • Strategically identify and implement options for automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.

  • Provide analytics infrastructure and automate analyses and dashboards to scale actions and decisions with stakeholders.

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure the understanding and application of shared KPIs in supporting organizational objectives.

  • Utilize advanced knowledge of databases and data sources to optimize data extraction and integration.

  • Deliver complex data-driven projects independently and implement automated solutions to streamline data handling.

  • Analyze and present data insights clearly and concisely, highlighting key trends and outliers to inform decision-making across the business.

  • Foster collaboration and ensure alignment on analytical projects by sharing insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) across teams.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a data-related field or equivalent experience.

  • Over 5 years of relevant experience as a data analyst.

  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and ethical judgment.

  • Strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and curiosity for continuous learning.

  • Resilient and capable of performing under pressure, adapting to shifting requirements and complex data environments.

  • Mastery of tools such as Power BI/Tableau, Excel, SQL & Python.

  • Possession of knowledge around analytics and statistical tools is considered an asset.

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
