Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Salary range (but not limited to):

87,200 - 106,600

About the role:

The successful candidate will serve as a Senior Data Analyst – 14-month position within the Lab team and will work closely with the analytics, product, and design squads across our various brands. With their expertise, curiosity, and proactivity, they will help the Lab meet its objectives by building dashboards to track the digital performance of Intact’s mobile products. They will aim to integrate new data sources, implement automation processes, and create new reports. This role will also handle ad hoc analysis requests in parallel with dashboard development.


What you'll do here:

  • Act as a web analytics and digital performance specialist for the teams involved in the Lab’s digital initiatives.

  • Collect, transform, and visualize multi-source data to provide a clear view of the performance of Intact’s various products.

  • Produce and present analytical reports, translating data into optimization recommendations. Respond to ad hoc requests.

  • Automate the distribution of reports and datasets to internal/external stakeholders.

  • Ensure the quality, compliance, and reliability of data implementation.

  • Collaborate with product and design teams to identify aspects of the user experience to improve.


What you bring to the table:

  • Relevant experience on a digital team in data manipulation and performance analysis.

  • At least 7 years of experience in digital analytics. Strong analytical skills.

  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics/CJA or Google Analytics).

  • Fluency with dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau).

  • Familiarity with digital data collection implementation processes (GTM, Adobe Launch).

  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment.

  • Dynamic individual with a high level of energy and strong initiative.

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country. 

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
