Salary range (but not limited to):

74,800 - 91,400

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

7.5%

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

As a Bilingual Business Analyst, Human Resources you play a crucial role in developing the best processes and continuously improving the employee experience. You will also act as a liaison between different departments and the HR community. You will gather requirements from various business units through active listening and by asking questions to identify the "why," all while building trust and fostering a collaborative approach with various stakeholders.

 

What you’ll do here:

  • Accurately identify needs while being a point of reference.

  • Champion the vision by translating needs into specifications and creating a realistic project plan and timeline.

  • Facilitate workshops to capture notes on operational processes and systems.

  • Serve as an intermediary between users and managers at different hierarchical levels.

  • Act as a link between business units and the HR community.

  • Gather and consolidate feedback from various specialists on specific topics.

  • Collaborate on change management initiatives.

  • Evaluate and document results and plan risk mitigation.

  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders.

  • Support project management to maximize team engagement and efficiency.

  • Produce necessary documentation to help advance projects.

  • Participate in planning, demonstrations, committees, and retrospectives.

 

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role of Business Analyst.

  • Good knowledge of the Agile methodology and Jira tool.

  • Experience in Human Resources and with the Workday system is an asset.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.

  • Advanced analytical skills facilitating problem-solving.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively cope with change.

  • Initiative and autonomy.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

  • Knowledge of the Auto & Home insurance industry is an asset.

  • Bilingualism in French and English is required (for all candidates across Canada) considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country. 

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
