Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst for our growing HR team!
What you will accomplish with us:
Jira usage audit: consistency of fields, completeness rate, compliance with labels/naming.
Harmonization of workflows if deviations have been created.
Data dictionary and quality rules (which fields need to be filled in, when, by whom).
Relevant JQL filters, weekly/monthly report subscriptions
Consolidated dashboards (load by resource, risks, critical dependencies).
Standardize documentation
SOP for opening/closing HR projects, weekly review, monthly portfolio review.
Confluence guides "how to use Jira well at the HR PMO".
Epic/story/task templates with fields and examples
PM/BA feedback, quarterly adjustments to schemas and dashboards.
Mini pilots on 2–3 projects to validate new conventions/automations.
Adoption: Checklists, “quick reference”.
What you will put to good use:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or Business Analytics in progress;
Proficient in Microsoft Excel suite;
Experience in project management (an asset);
Autonomous and good sense of responsibility;
Attention to detail.
Rigour of data quality
Practical sense.
Bilingualism (French and English) Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country
Experience in standardization/standardization, light automations (Power Automate/Make), and understanding of HR privacy issues (an asset);
You are available 35 hours a week from May 4 to August 22, 2026
