Salary range (but not limited to):

47,100 - 57,500

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.


About the role

We are looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for our growing team!

 

You are an extremely organized person, autonomous, quick to execute, resourceful, able to work in a team while respecting deadlines. You like to laugh, don't take yourself too seriously and have an interest in the digital world!

 

This is a full-time permanent position based in Montreal, QC. We operate in a hybrid model, meaning you’ll be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week and have flexibility to work remotely (if you choose) for the remainder of the week.

  • Management of expense reports, purchases etc. on behalf of the Directors

  • Provide support to the SVP/CMO in Montreal.

  • On-site support for all major events in Montreal office.

  • Responsible for the storage and restocking of inventory for the team.

  • Responsible for in-person team meeting planning in Montreal when requested.

  • Provide support to leadership in planning team meetings or celebrations.

  • Support initiatives that enrich the team spirit and collaboration in Marketing, which stimulate engagement and make us a destination for talent.

  • Be the replacement for the executive assistants during holidays or absences.

 

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum two years of Administrative Assistant experience working in a large organization.

  • Advanced level of knowledge of the Office suite and calendar management.

  • Bilingualism (French/English) – required to interact regularly with colleagues across the country.

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and French is a must.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

  • Great sense of initiative.

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset.
