Salary range (but not limited to):
87,200 - 106,600Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
Nous recherchons un spécialiste en comptabilité au sein de Finance Indemnisation Planification et Analyse Financières, au cœur de la feuille de route d’Indemnisation, la plus grande unité d’affaires d’Intact. Ce rôle agit comme partenaire d’affaires pour soutenir la direction dans les budgets, prévisions, analyses et orientations financières.
Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :
Être le partenaire financier au niveau des unités d'affaires assignées: produire les rapports mensuels, analyser les résultats vs budgets/prévisions et expliquer les écarts.
Préparer les prévisions de dépenses avec les équipes régionales, WFM et CDAT; soutenir la direction dans le budget et les analyses complexes; formuler recommandations.
Accompagner les opérations dans le suivi de la performance et l’amélioration des processus.
Contribuer aux fins de mois (écritures, conciliations GL).
Améliorer en continu systèmes financiers et processus comptables; simplifier, standardiser et renforcer les contrôles.
Assurer la conformité et l’efficacité des contrôles financiers.

Titre professionnel comptable (CPA) ou combinaison équivalente.
3 à 5 ans d’expérience en comptabilité, budgétisation, prévisions et rapports.
Maîtrise avancée Excel/PowerPoint et des outils d’analyse (Power BI, Power Query); automatisation (p. ex. Power Automate) et ERP financiers (p. ex. SAP/Oracle) comme atouts importants.
Apprentissage rapide, agilité, excellente organisation; autonomie et proactivité dans un environnement dynamique, gestion de multiples priorités.
Excellentes communications et collaboration à tous les niveaux (équipes régionales et direction); clarté et concision.
Connaissance du secteur assurances IARD (atout important).
Bilinguisme (français / anglais) - Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
