  • Intact Pride:   
    Intact Pride is a network for employees of the 2SLGBTQI+ community and their allies.

  • IFConnections:  
    For employees across the organization, to expand their professional network.       

  • Indigenous Circle of Inclusion: 
    To foster inclusion and engagement for Indigenous employees and consult on Intact's Truth and Reconciliation actions. 

  • Women’s networks: We have Womentum (Toronto, Ottawa, West) and Intact au Feminin (in Quebec). These networks exist with the goals of providing women support for their professional and personal growth and to embolden their voices.

  • Ethnic Diversity Alliance Network:  
    Intact’s Ethnic Diversity Alliance is an employee network designed for, and led by, racially and ethnically diverse individuals and allies, with the goal of creating an inclusive environment in which all employees are equally represented, valued, and respected
