Over 1,000 employees are active leaders and members of our employee-led networks: 

  • LGBT & Allies: For Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT+) employees and their allies, to create a sense of community and inclusiveness  

  • Womentum and Reseau des femmes: For women and their allies, to support professional and personal growth and development, hone leadership skills and embolden women’s voices

  • WoMIN & Allies: For women who identify as a visible minority and their allies, to create an environment where all employees are equally represented, valued, and respected 

  • IFConnections: For employees across the organization, to expand their professional network and facilitate the opportunity to learn about various departments and initiatives  

  • Young Professionals Network:For employees in the early stages of their career, to provide the support they need to learn how to network and promote themselves in the workplace
