Prepare.

Get ready in the same way you would for a face-to-face interview. How would you present yourself?

Look for a nice and quiet place to take the interview.

Pay attention to your surroundings… if you can hear your dog barking,
we will hear it too.

Relax! We're not expecting perfection.

We understand it might be the first time you have been asked to
complete this type of interview. Rest assured, it doesn’t need to be perfect!

We just want to see how passionate you are about the role and gain an understanding of your skills.

Take a deep breath, count to three and try to enjoy it.

Be ready.

Do a bit of research to find out about who we are as an organization, our values and our purpose.

Recruiters want to get to know you, so be prepared with examples of past jobs and experiences. In addition to being asked about what you've done in the past, you'll also get asked about what you would do in certain situations.

For example: Tell us about a time when you identified a problem and came up with a unique solution.
