Prepare for interview

1. Prepare

Educate yourself about our company and our values. Our Careers page is a great start, but don’t forget to visit our Glassdoor page and social media handles and check in with your own network.

Read the job description to ensure that you understand what the job being offered entails. Make connections to it with your current and past experiences

The job description will give you clues to the types of questions that will be asked in an interview. Ensure you have concrete examples prepared that demonstrate how your skills and experiences align with the job requirements.
Denaye Corbeil, Senior Talent Acquisition consultant
Alberta, Canada

2. Make yourself comfortable

Have you been invited to a video interview? Awesome! Prepare as if it were an in-person interview and choose an appropriate environment that will help set you up for success in front of the camera.

Avoid sources of distraction. Choose a private room where you can close the door, turn off your cell phone and warn the people you live with not to disturb you during the interview."
Karine Boucher, Talent Acquisition Consultant
